This place was way better than the average restaurant in a hotel. They had two specialty beers on tap, great burgers, perfect fries, a real spinach side salad at a moderate price, and ample dessert selection. The food was great--too bad because on a Monday night I always am trying to start the week moderately and had to leave the rest of the fries, coleslaw, and desserts behind. Prices were actually inexpensive.
I would definitely come here again. The single wait staff besides the bartender was very professional and very skilled and pleasant.
I think the place's name could use an upgrade. This is the best place I have eaten in Greeley so far. -

Great Hometown diner. Food is good they cook it the way you want it cooked. No other price like it in Greeley. Hamburger steak is excellent!

Recently went with a rather large group for a lunch outing. Downtown greeley has many spots that have been open for as long as anyone can remember and this was one of them.
The pros: the staff are SUPER friendly, prompt, and accommodating. Our waitress was fantastic and handled the large crowd with ease. The portion sizes were huge which was even more impressive given that it's not pricey at all. Almost everything is made from scratch there!
The cons: without a doubt the worst steak I've ever had. It was THE strangest flavor, gamey almost, that even a smothering of their secret steak sauce couldn't mask. I couldn't even eat half of it due to how much stretchy, stringy fat I couldn't cut through or chew despite my best efforts. My friend had an upset stomach a half hour after we left. However the burgers looked fantastic so I think the food is just hit-and-miss.
I'd be willing to stop in again maybe for a drink and a burger but beware the steak, which is unfortunate given the name of the restaurant. -

I come here for breakfast sometimes. The waitress is quite friendly and always very attentive, refilling my coffee again and again. She doesn't hover at your table at all. I always enjoy my veggie omelette.
